Thank you for your interest in the Department of Food Science and Technology at The °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²ÊÈ«Äê×ÊÁÏ State University. Food science is a dynamic field that integrates different disciplines towards a better understanding of our food supply. Our department offers both M.S. and Ph.D. degree programs in Food Science and Technology. Students may study:
